MEMBERSHIP AND PROJECTS ADMINISTRATOR


The Production Services Association (PSA) is the UK’s leading trade association for the concert and live event production industry, its 2200 strong membership are involved in the production of all manner of live events from exhibitions to product launches, from small gigs to the biggest global tours. While they’re busy at work, we’re busy ensuring that the issues that affect the industry are dealt with, from new regulations, to the development of new talent as well as providing a package of direct member benefits.

The role

You will become the administrative and operational lynch-pin of the UK membership. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be the direct contact for corporate and individual members, managing and promoting new member applications, taking ownership of the membership database, handling the renewal process and be involved in many of the functions of the organisation including events, marketing, publications, social media, internal and external communication, some finance, and general office administration.

You

Organised, self motivated, confident phone manner.

Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and confidence working with website CMS and email marketing platforms.

Willing to travel occasionally, to exhibitions and events to meet members.
