Primary Role:

 

Handling all client requirements including client development, new contracts, quoting, technical specifications, invoicing and project management.

Main responsibilities:

·      Quote allocation

·      Job quoting

·      Oversee all job pricing

·      Individual job crew allocation

·      Individual job sub hires

·      Client development/relations

·      Sales lead investigation & chasing

·      Job site visits

·      Client & staff liaison

·      Individual job profit & loss

·      Advance work planning

·      Individual job engineer liaison and paperwork advance

·      Project management

·      Oversee invoicing

·      Debtor chasing

·      Damaged/non-return items client chasing

·      Ensure all personal job gear lists are good to prep

·      Job Invoicing

·      Produce job related PO’s

 

Documentation/Reporting:
