Salary: £25,397
Overview:
Working within the company’s Operations Team, this role is focused around assisting the Asset Manager with both daily tasks and longer term projects.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with the Asset Manager, creating and overseeing stocktakes, ensuring the company’s inventory is correct.
- Using our systems to ensure the data held is accurate and up to date.
- Assist the warehouse with day to barcoding issues.
- Carry out stock control investigations.
- Fulfil procurement requests/purchasing.
- This can be a varied and fast paced role, it would suit a dynamic and self-motivated individual.
- Be a first point of contact, assist with answering and directing calls.
- Keep all work related information confidential and acting in a professional manner at all times, in all work situations.
- Provide feedback within the immediate team and to the development or growth of the business procedures.
- Ensure that the Company’s policies, rules, procedures and obligations are observed in carrying out the above duties.
- As directed, provide support to the other teams within the company, to assist in other aspects of the business’s activity, as required.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
- Excellent IT knowledge with a working knowledge of databases, android devices & Google workspace apps (gmail, calendar, drive, docs and gsheets).
- Experience working in a warehouse environment would be beneficial but not required.
- Numerate. Basic maths skills and arithmetic required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- The ability to work as a member of a team and to provide and receive input from other team members is vital.

- This role involves dealing with employees and customers of the company. It is vital that you deal courteously with customers and the public at all times and represent the company and its reputation in an impeccable manner.
