Position Requirements
Working as part of the Labour services team you will be supporting our Account Representatives in the UK and North America, you will have a pivotal role, coordinating freelance and in house lighting and rigging technician labour on our projects around the world - efficiently, effectively and delivering a first-class customer service proposition.
This is a fast paced, innovative, energetic environment, where change is rapid. As the Labour Coordinator, you will have excellent administrative, organisational and verbal communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. Overseeing projects from identifying Labour skill sets to scheduling teams on site, delivering a positive strategic and financial impact across your portfolio of crewed projects.
The successful candidate will be a resilient self-starter, have strong communication skills, attention to detail and use good business reasoning in all their decisions.
You will have proven experience from within a similar industry-based role such as a rental house, venue or site technical environment. In addition, you will have exceptional planning, and both creative and practical problem-solving skills.
