Where do you work?
Eat to the Beat / Global Infusion Group
I’m the Business Director at Eat to the Beat. We provide artist, crew, and production catering to the music, entertainment, and film & TV industries around the world.

What do you love about the event production industry?
I started at 21 doing the washing up—35 years later, I’m still here and still love it. From baking scones for the Pope to meeting the Queen and catering for global tours, it's been an incredible journey.

How long have you been a PSA member and tell us about your experience as a board/council member.
Eat to the Beat has been part of the PSA from the very beginning thanks to our late founder Tony Laurenson. I’ve just joined the council and am honoured to continue that legacy.

What are your goals for the PSA this year?
To better engage with members, promote sustainability, support future talent, and ensure everyone has a voice in the industry.

Why is it important for you to be part of the PSA council?
It’s a chance to give back to the industry that’s given me so much—and help make a difference for the future.

What is your advice to new members?
Get involved—the more you engage, the more you’ll get out of it. And remember: currency isn’t always money, choose your battles, and always go the extra mile.
